Susan Anderson is a Program Officer for the Bayer Fund, with responsibility for giving programs in the United States. Susan has been with Bayer since 2013, when she joined the US Corporate Social Responsibility team and assumed responsibility for all healthcare-related donations by Bayer businesses in the US. Susan has worked in the Pharmaceutical industry since 2005, primarily managing charitable contributions, product donations, Medical Education grants and Investigator-Initiated Research grants. Susan also dedicates much of her personal time volunteering for advocacy groups providing support for people dealing with autoimmune blood disorders and undiagnosed rare diseases. Susan has a B.A. in Psychology from Douglass College, Rutgers University and resides in New Jersey. She enjoys spending time with her family relaxing around the beautiful lakes in New England.
